Frequently Asked Questions
Payment & Deposits
DJ Medication accepts e-transfer and cash for Canadian clients, and PayPal for non-Canadian clients only. We require upfront deposits for FSP and Vibe Checks to secure your session; these are credited toward the final balance.
Turnaround Time
Standard delivery for most production services is within 7-10 business days. Expedited options may be available upon request depending on the current studio schedule.
Deliverables
You will receive high-quality 24-bit WAV and 320kbps MP3 files for all final productions. Stems and project files can be provided for an additional fee.
